Hai Vocational Training Center is owned by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania, Northern Diocese. The center offers vocational training in the fields of Carpentry and Joinery, Design Sewing and Clothing Technology, Electrical Installation, Food Production, Masonry and Bricklaying, Plumbing and Pipe Fittings, and Welding and Metal Fabrication. 

Hai Vocational Training Center is registered with the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) under registration number REG/NACTVET/0580.
